This is the Inner Tie Rod End Assembly that comes as pictured without the boot.
It attaches at either end of the power steering rack and the other end attaches to the outer tie rod end.
There is two of these per vehicle (one for each side) and they are the same, but they are SOLD INDIVIDUALLY
