These are the studs that go on the back of the turbo, that the dump pipe bolts to, there is 4 of them here on a D40 Thai model, and 2 on a D22 model.
Also there is 3 of these that go onto the exhaust manifold that the turbo bolts to.
These are Genuine Nissan Studs.
